We collect only the data needed to run an optical-retail operations platform for you: organisation profile, branch records, customers your team enters, inventory and sales transactions, and authentication metadata for users you invite.

Your data is hosted on Supabase’s Mumbai region (ap-south-1). We do not sell, share, or syndicate it. We do not train AI models on your data — AI features call commercial language models without permission to retain inputs.

A franchisee’s customer records, prescriptions, and operational expenses are never visible to a parent brand on our platform — this is enforced at the database level via row-level security, not by application code.

The full DPDPA-aligned policy ships with the production domain. Until then, questions go to hello@opticops.in.
